Struggling

Hello.  I wrote a bit back about a week or so.

My doctor added Abilify (arapiprazole) to the Cymba;ta (duloxitine) to give things a boost. It's starting to help, but I remain, now, feeling so lost, scared and depressed. I'm doing all I can to help myself, but still these powerful feelings..agonize and overcome me....WHAM!...in the middle of whatever I'm doing.
