Hi Matface. As Junior says, we're here. Depression is a very lonely condition. I don't think anyone can truly understand what another person is going through but I too can certainly sympathise with loneliness. Talk if it helps.

I know what its like to feel the way you do, trust me but don't forget that everybody on this site is here to help you. Even when ending it all seems to be the answer, just take a deep breath and relax ( may seem a little corny, i find this helps ). Im sure most of us have thought of or have attempted suicide, i know i have, times will be tough, days will seem long but there is always tomorrow.
