bored poem
« on: August 01, 2013, 02:22:50 PM »
to rhyme or not to rhyme,
to speak or not to speak,
to hold my feelings in,
until another week,

a prisoner in my mind,
thoughts chasing me around,
an endless marathon,
while I crawl along the ground

lol I remember the days I used to write poems to girls in primary school lol
”It’s always down to you and the choices you make. Work on the things you can change and never dwell on the things you can’t. You choose… ‘results’ or ‘excuses’ it’s always down to YOU… no one has ever given their BEST and regretted it. GO HARD NO EXCUSES.”

I just wanted to post something and here is as good as anywhere. I think the amount of relevant text you are producing is fantastic. Writing isn't that easy and you must be expending a lot of effort. I hope you don't burn yourself out.
Sometimes the light is shining on me
Other times I can barely see
Lately it occurs to me
What a long, strange, trip it's been

as much as I may write about myself this is an escape to be honest.

when ive been to group sessions before ive always been the first one to speak and not give a &$%+ what people thnk about how open I am, when im not writing here im usually "dealing" with someone else's "crap"... when I'm here its like im giving myself the time I deserve :)

its definitely helping me cope writing here and its been great meeting you guys and gals!
don't feel so alone in this anymore even though in my life I am.
