Hiya

Hi..

No good at introductions but I was first diagnosed with depression and anxiety at 16 (now 24) but managed it on my own, until recently, been getting worse and worse so today I got myself to the doctors and have been put on Sertraline and referred for counselling... just after some support :)

Hi and welcome to the forum.  What you say will ring true for many of us.  I hope the medication works out okay.  It just takes a little time to start taking effect.  The Forum is a great place to share and find support from like minded members.

 sign0016 Hi, you've found a wonderful site here. The people are all very understanding and supportive. I felt absolutely isolated before sheer luck brought me here. Now, even if I waffle on at a strange tangent, the people here try to help and listen, without ever judging. I'm sure that you will find much good here.  :bye:
