Hey from a newbie

Hi all,

Just wanting to introduce myself as I'm new on here

Have suffered with depression for a few years now, mostly since my Uni years (I'm now 26) and although I've come to the point where I have ended medication and moved onto more therapy based treatment, its stirring a few things up in me and I'm having a real "dip" at the moment.

My husband and my family try to understand but often get frustrated with me (more their inability to "snap me out of it") and I don't really have any friends to talk to, so looking to speak to some folk who have been through/going through similar feelings.

Welcome  +-_ , members will certainly understand how you feel and certainly wont expect you to snap out it it. If I had a £1 for every time I got told to do that .....
