hello everyone

I just wanted to say hi to all of you, it would be rude not to!
i've just joined this forum, at long last, and i must say i feel a little bit of relief.
I'm 23, female, and have been dealing with depression and BED for about 4 years now.i always think i am the only person who feels the way i do, and this makes me feel like i am in a very deep dark hole, with nobody at the top to throw me a rope and help me out.I can see the lovely world from where i am but i'm stuck in this hole. It would be nice to talk to people on here who are going through something similar, and i would be more than happy to listen and talk to any of you about your issues  :)

I'm also a newbie here so welcome !

I've got some personal issues at the moment so feeling rather lost and lonely.
I hope to find some good advice on here and find others in the same situation.
