Has anyone read this?

What a terribly sad story, but I can understand the poor man's anguish.  My cat is my only true friend, she doesn't judge, tell me off, wind me up and all the other things humans tend to do.

Very sad and I do understand.  My eldest cat died aged 13 on Dec 16 2008 which was the 9th anniversary of my mother in law's funeral so I can't forget the date.  It absolutely broke my heart as she had been such an affectionate cat ... she died in my arms.  I saw her being born on the 28th Feb 1995 and she was my eldest dog's cat as he was there and her mum was very trusting as he was allowed to carry all the kittens - three in all and two were found new homes - wash them, chuck them at mum if he thought she had left them too lomg.  He died on the 17th March 2009 aged 15 and that was equally hard.  I still miss but I remember the the pleasure and love they gave us rather that thinking about them dying.

This is so sad.  My pets mean the world to me and I can understand why he was so devastated.  Our pets do not judge and are always there for me.
