just joined

hi all ive just joined this forum but been reading on here for about a year and its been very helpful with my depression.im on 30 mg of mirtazapine,but recently ive drop down to 15 mg and felt worse,the main thing is that when i shut my eyes and open them quickly i can see shadows i know theres nothing there but paranoia creeps in,as any one else had this,ive put myself back up to 30 mg to see if this works.
