It will take a little longer for the increased dose to take effect (I'm on the same meds, same dose), you could try Piriton to help you sleep, its antihistamine and usually makes you drowsy, someone told me about it and it works reasonably well for me

It does take a while for an increase in meds to work, I know I wanted them to work like a painkiller and work straight away, I have learnt over time that it takes a while.

So try and take it easy and give yourself time, I know its hard.

I use Camomile tea to help me sleep.

I feel the same, I always want the medication to work straight away but unfortunately it doesnt work like that :(
