lack of motivation
« on: February 29, 2012, 07:59:33 AM »
Just feel so Meh .... Bit of an emotional waste land at the moment, only seem to feel irritated or angry. Need to loose weight and stop smoking or I'll end up very ill but I just carnt seem to care enough despite knowing what will happen.  Got to go up pen y ghent at the week end too and I'm starting to worry I will hold everyone up or let them down.

I find its a big problem with depression.   When I am bad I find even getting out of bed and getting in the shower a huge effort.  Even now when I am feeling better motivation is still a problem.

I'm usually up with the dawn so I can gauge my depression how easily or not I get up and get going

is it that you physically cannot do stuff like your body feels like lead or emotionally can't manage the shower.
if you get that exhausted speak to your gp. don't get fobbed up with only just feeling low.
can u manage walking a little? does it help or make you feel worse get it all looked at

for its not about motivation (I want to do everything all in one go) I want to be able to work full time but everything just makes me feel more exhausted no matter how much sleep and rest i get. It's not M.E but I am following it up with my GP
Atmi just live in a body that easily gets exhausted quickly
