Thought I'd say hello :)

30 year old female, been suffering with depression and anxiety for number of years. Currently going through a bad time at work, suffering with work related stress which is now impacting on my depression and anxiety which had been at a good level for some time. Been seeing a counsellor regularly since June last year and it helps, but I can't carry her in my pocket unfortunately so thought a forum may help!
