Hi

I have bpd and depression and looking for suppport, I am married with kids and sometimes it can be a struggle, I am learning to cope and I find myself getting a little better, I would also like to offer my support to others  :D

Hi Tinkerbell and welcome. I hope you find this forum as helpful as I and many others have. You mention that you are looking for support. If you would like to tell us some things then please feel free and we will support you as much as we can. Some days are easier than others for all of us which I'm sure you experience too! But even on a bad day we will still be here with each other which is comforting also.
