Not so new newbie
« on: May 04, 2013, 12:52:14 PM »
I joined a long time ago but wasn't ready to start posting regularly.  Writing it down that I suffer with depression means I can to admit to myself that I need to face facts that I need help sometimes.  I have come to a point that I accept that I can be honest without feeling ashamed that I need support sometimes.

sIg_hi. It's a good thing that you have reached this decision. I believe that we all need support at some point, and it is strength rather than any sort of weakness to recognise this. I hope that you find these forums as helpful as I have. Best wishes. Michael.  :bye:
