so had to slide down again
« on: April 11, 2013, 10:08:59 PM »
Well after a nice strech of feeling good, finally ended tonight.

HAd a rough week with lot of stress and long hours. Then last night ended up only with 4 hours sleep due to working stupid late no fault of my own again.

Been feeling low all day just sat in the home office playing on the PC and scoffing food not a good combo.

Then this evening  to sort out few minor things before bed this evening wife hovering giving me 100 questions while I try to sort her phone out and snapped. Que now having to order a new phone as old one in pieces in corner of the room. Doesnt help she turns into an anoying 5 year old and when I ask her nicely to go away leave me be as I can feel myself turning green she just keeps pushing it , winding me up

Once again low day turned to a really crap day.

Need sleep but now to crap feeling to go to bed so popcorn and tv and that brings me to another thing I need to get under control . The damm comfort eating

Long hours, stress and a lack of sleep are a lethal combination.  I hope today's been better for you

Glad you had a good nights sleep.  We have had more than one phone flung across the room, by hubby not me lol. He got so frustrated by trying to sort them out.  I think most if us tend to comfort eat, so you are not alone  pcorn.
