How to get the most out of CMHT?

I'm being visited by them on the 31st.  It's been 2 months since I've last seen them, they're proving very difficult to get a hold of.  And they seem a bit keen on getting rid of me.  So while I've got this opportunity - anyone got any ideas of how I can get the most out of them?  What kind of things do they offer, and what's the best way to go about making sure they actually do something instead of leaving me waiting for several more months?

I'll be interested to read responses to this too as i am having a 2nd assessment with CMHT on 14th jan & dont really know what help they can offer.

i think this is a big prob for everyone nocaph,, often the CMHT will do very little unless they are forced to, trouble is, if you push them thet think you dont need them,
think they are like of the mind set to shut the stable door after the horse has bolted

From experience, I found it helpful to look at their web site and know exactly what services they offer and then push for what you want. I 've not had good experience s with my c m h t and have found unless you are forceful, the services could pass you by.
