Hi everyone, I am new to this forum, but so glad I found it...I suffer from depression, take 20mg citalapram but feel I need to up my dosage..
  Had a very bad day yesterday, thats what made me join this forum.Just for people to talk to that's in the same boat as me...Will probably
  write more as I get used to being on here, just wanted to say hello to begin with.. +-_

How long have you been on the current dose of Citalopram?  It may well be that an increase is inevitable, but the Antidepressants usually take a few weeks to start having an affect.  Maybe talking to the GP would be helpful.
