Sudden change in mood
« on: October 14, 2012, 11:43:01 AM »
Anyone experience this or similar? I can start to feel unwell , almost detached from myself and it's as if I can't do the most basic of things. I tried going to work then I got so distressed . within a space of 2 hours I was ok at home to being totally distressed at work and having to go home. This is worst "bad day" I've had in ages.

I find I start off badly in the mood which sometimes changes quickly but usually takes about two hours so I'm generally happy during the daytime but if my mood drops in the evening it usually drops suddenly.
