Hello all,

I have suffered from depression on and off most of my life, but I am currently in the one of the most severe and persistent episodes ever. This is the first time I've joined a forum to talk about it. I'm looking forward to finding new friends to talk to, but also hope to offer some help for others from my experiences.

I'd be particularly interested in meeting others who are still functioning at work (just...) but struggling with getting the right support, and explaining it to work colleagues.

Hi..welcome! You and me are in the same boat (except i quit my job as it was that bad-it made me feel sick on my way to work, anxious, i lost confidence and im not very confident normally)

I hope you find your way out of this dark outbreak of depression...its never a good place to be...
