Not a relief sort of high, complete hell sort of high.

I took Prozac and can't remember what happened I was sooooo high, hubby thought we'd end up going to hospital. I can remember to a point I know I felt out of control and could laugh and cry all at the same time the rest is a mystery. Went to the GP who took away the Prozac and dosed me up on sedatives ! Crashed big time after that. Psychiatrist has now put all over my files that I'm not to have SSRI's

Best to chase them up Tom & as Zaf says 20mg is quite low.

I've had more before and it just turned me into an absolute zombie, like my head was stuffed with cotton wool. But maybe a slight increase would benefit me more this time. I just can't help thinking that I need something to level out my moods, not raise them. Last night, I couldn't sleep so was up 'til about 2am cleaning the house. Then I couldn't sleep past 9am this morning and am spending the day feeling tired and groggy and grim.

Sorry if this all sounds like whinging!

It doesnt sound like whinging but even if it did this is the place to do it, everyone here understands the frustrations of finding the right meds and the right dose
