Moodscope and its ilk...
« on: July 25, 2012, 04:56:03 PM »
Just a quick question to ask if any posters on here use Moodscope or a similar mood charting tool and if so, what have you found it does for you?

In terms of mine, I feel a lot stronger going to see a psychiatrist armed with my graph because I feel it explains things which I can't convey in words - the viciousness of the upturns and plummets, and how things can seem nicey-nicey inbetween.

In fact, hang on, I can post a picture of it, I think....

I havent but will take a look, I tend to score how I feel with marks out of 10 but nothing more sophisticated
