how to cope on bad days

those of you like me who are on tablets, in my case flouxetine no doubt still get low days where you feel totally useless, what are your coping strategies?

I come here, it's safe, caring and I can be myself, no matter how bad I am

I do too, there is always someone around for support when I most need it, and its support from people that really know what its like to be depressed which makes a big difference :)

I come here too, it really helps.  I have had a bad day today, suicidal thoughts all the time.

yeh i'm so glad i have found this site where i can talk to like minded people, it's good you feel comfortable here, some days are worse than others for me, like anyone i suppose but the bad days really get me down and it feels almost impossible to pick myself up. it have always had problems with my social life used to be shy when i was a kid and these days I have little patience for most people as it's frustrating that they do not understand my situation
