Really down today

Was up early on my 1st sick day so it has really dragged.  Now I am too scared to go out incase I bump into anyone from work, but I've taken a valium so might venture to the shops soon.  Left a message for my pdoc this morning asking if he could ring me today if possible but yet to hear from him.  I have absolutely no interest in anything my mind is just numb, plus I have hardly eaten and feel wretched.  Thanks again depression, hmmm.

I'm sorry your feeling so bad Beetzart :( is there anything you could do to maybe take your mind off things for a while, eaiser said than done I know. Hope you start to feel better soon xx

I was about to say the same as icelolly........ I know it's hard to get going, but I feel better if I'm doing stuff xx
