hi,im caz,
i have suffered with depression for 22 yrs now.not that im counting  ...involving eating disorder,alcohol abuse,panic attacks the list goes on & last june i found out i have dyspraxia too oh the joy,and in the past 9 yrs i lost my mum,dad and my wee dog who was 16 yrs old  ^&* ,i have also balloned to 23 st and at the end of my tether !  "£$ ....

well on the positive side i use humor alot,have a good job....i try not to let my depression rule my life but sometimes the bugger gets the best of you !!! & the fight against it is very tiring.

it would be nice to speak to other folk who have similar feeling,i too have good advice that i have gathered over the years would love to share and get some back...
