For those who have a sweet tooth..... just don't eat too many!

Chocolate Orange Crunchie

250g Digestive Biscuits
70g Plain Chocolate broken into pieces
70g Milk Chocolate broken into pieces
225g Butter
25g Caster Sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder (Hot chocolate power would also do)
2 tbsp Honey
2 tea sp Orange flavoring
55g Mini Marshmallows
1 pot Glace Cherries
100g White Chocolate Chips

Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces
Melt the chocolate, butter, sugar and honey. When melted, add the orange flavouring and mix well
Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly
Add the crushed biscuits and mix until well coated
Add the mini marshmallows, glace cherries and chocolate chips to the mix and stir until coated
Pour the mixture into an 8" square baking tin or pyrex dish (I put grease proof paper in first to make extraction easier)
Put the mix into the fridge to set
Cut into fingers and serve

Enjoy
