Some folk really annoy me

I have figured it out. That is the case when you get people who try to shoot down your self-confidence. unfortunately, that friend of mine is one of those people. I think he likes the idea of people calling him, it provides a needy like effect. Although he will deny this of course. The reason I say that is because when I try to help people the last thing I do is shoot down their believes and opinions, especially when they feel down and quite vulnerable.

thats absolutely terrible, it just shows how little some people understand our illness which, as you say, doesnt help us one little bit
