Hi Everyone, Im new

Hello everyone,

I am new!  I have joined this site because although I don't consider my situation to be as serious or as bad as some others and in general I am happy, I get times where I get tremendous feelings of pressure and stress and I lock myself away in my room wishing I could pack a bag and walk out of my life.

Ive joined because I am a great believer that talking is a great healer and I hope to be able to share experiences, be a rock to others, and make some good friends here.
