shal, sometimes it easier to share with people who you don't know than those close to you.  I don't share with friends as they don't (and admit it) understand depression whereas I know I can share with my internet friends as they do understand.  Anyway last night did me a power of good so am feeling much better today.

Thank you Glen

Harmful intentions
particularly those involving deliberate acts exploitation, seem to cause longer-lasting and more painful emotional consequences than natural disasters. The crucial factor may be that such experiences destroys people’s trust in others, particularly if they involve someone you have depended on.

my advice turn off your computer and mobile phone, jump into bed and watch a movie of your choice and hibinate till the morning. Or simply seperate your life from online. i really helps me i now have an email address and facebook account for friends and family i rarely and can't always be bothered to check then I have my emails, facebook and dicussion forums which I would spend 24/7 with to cope with the outside world.
keep try to succeed in life and stop thinking negatively.
Keep strong and carry on!
No I won't give up, not I won't break down and I will be strong.
I miss you nana RIP sweetheart nana
