Sorry I know this is in the wrong section but I couldn't work out to do it!!!
I'm new here so hello to everyone!

I have had depression for 5 years.... long story short, last week I had a breakdown, everything was too much to handle. I decided to join a forum as part of my getting well package. I need help and support, and to know that I'm not alone with my issues and also to help others where I can. :)

Hopefully I can share my worries with you all, with no fear of judgement.
