Title: funny moment at work but laughed after.

i was at work and i asked if anyone wanted anything from the shop, i only really get 2 or less items as anymore it stresses me for some reason, but one of the chefs wrote a shopping list and that sent me in a panic attack to the point where it took me 2 ish hours to get out of it fully lol, i laugh now thinking back earlier today lol. might need to replace my brain haha

it wasnt on purpose but it laughed at myself after i calmed down lol. it was more of a "why did that set me off lol" daft is the only word i used for myself. its the little things.
