...I'm getting a refund from PayPal for something I bought from eBay that has never worked and the seller has never replied to any of my messages so I got PayPal and Trading Standards involved and they've just found in my favour!  It'll take up to 30 days to appear in my account, but I'm getting a refund so it was worth all the hassle.

Now that's good news, I don't use paypal unless I absolutely have too because I've heard too many horror stories.  One of my sister-in-laws got caught out for about £2,000 but the payments were made abroad so she was able to prove it couldn't have been her.  It still took time to get her money back.

I've heard horror stories about PayPal too, but they've been great with this though... I just hope that I really do get the refund now lol
