Hi,  I'm dave,

suffered from anxiety and depression on and off for most of my life 55yo Looking at a really low spell and off work after just seeing my gp . not coping with with anything at the mo.

Hi Dave, well,  we share a lot in common, same age and similar life circumstances  and looks like we're both newbies too!
