Today we received an invoice from Sky which we don't normally get. Not only have we been charged for it being sent out we have also found out we have been charged for McAfee. The excuse for sending the invoice is because we pay our bill early instead of letting the direct debit go out so Sky is penalising us for paying early. With regard to McAfee Rick has been told that we got that free for a year and now we have to pay for it. He pointed out that we haven't been with for Sky for a year yet so we shouldn't be paying for it "£" . He was then told we have being paying for McAfee from the start. Sky has agreed to refund both charges and will take off McAfee our account &*&
