Title: going down

I have bdd, on anti-depressants, anti-psychotics. last couple days starting to feel more depressed, sick and despair feelings in my stomach, feeling like I want to kill myself again. I not sure whether body image issues or &$%+ on news triggered it.
Just feeling at rock bottom anyone else out there hurting?

Hey,

I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone. I'm going through a pretty horrible time at the moment. If you need someone to talk to or even just someone to listen to you give me a message. I hope that things are picking up for you.
