Hello,

Im Ooba. New to the forums. I'm an OCD and Depression sufferer. I've had 2 bad flare up episodes in the past, each lasting about 3 months. Feeling really low and bad at the moment, and been going downhill for a couple of weeks. Im going to post in more detail in the 'Depression Central'
