I've had a good day today but a tiring one so am off to my bed before I doze off on the sofa and get a crick in my neck  ::)

Hope everyone has as good a day as possible tomorrow :)

yes sorry i did write it. not very good though, i dont know where it came from really. i suppose i was thinking that there is always someone worse off than ourselves.

Have U tried ------------
thinking of a subject, say ailments, then going through the alphabet-A to Z So A could be Asthma, B could be bronchitous -can't spell it ! then c for cough, then d for diabetes- I find I do go off to sleep doing that sometimes !

I've had a pretty good night by my standards, dont remember David coming home from the pub or him coming to bed and slept right through to  4.30am :)
