Hi, I have joined this forum to ask for your experiences, views and thoughts about overcoming occupational stress anxiety and depression (SAD).
I have had SAD for over 2 years now and am on antidepressants at maximum dosage of 60mg (Seroxat).
My journey to recovery was long, extremely painful and lonely. That is until I found and implemented my own method to recovery.
Searching and finding help especially when your mind is already so fragile can add to the illness and be a daunting process. This is why I want to help others.
If you have experienced your own journey to recovery I want to hear from you. What could have been managed better; what were/are your obstacles, what were/are the difficulties you faced and if you could, how would you have changed your journey to recovery.
With your guidance and experiences my goal is to implement a solution that will help others much more fluidly.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
