Just seen Brad and he is a CPN.
He's cautiously agreed to me lowering the Olanzapine down to 7.5mg but he thinks, based on what I said, that 10mg is my maintenance dose. He said I could put him down on the PIP renewal form and I've got to see him again in 7 weeks time just to see how I'm getting on.
There was an Olly Murs concert going on not far away from the surgery and I could hear the support acts practising and warming up and stuff while I was waiting to go in, but the traffic was awful :bash: so I was half an hour late for my appointment :thud: but Steve phoned the surgery to explain that I was going to attend the appointment as soon as the taxi turned up. Brad knew more about it than me though, so maybe he'd been seeing Olly Murs fans before me?? lol
Today has, so far, been a good day... long may it continue! :happy0158:

I am so proud of you getting to the appointment, people don't realize how huge it is to get to this type of appointment without other problems such as traffic.

Thank you Pip. Brad was ace and genuinely seemed to care right from the start of the appointment and he was easy to talk to as well so I'm hoping I'll be able to see him regularly when my SAD starts kicking in again. I'm OK right now but I really start struggling at the end of August kinda time and now that I'm not on ADs any more (it was a new recipe that had lactose in it) I'm gonna need all the support I can get until about March kinda time.
Assuming it's not peeing down with rain for my next appointment I'll take Patrick so that I'm not reliant on taxi's getting through traffic in time though lol

I hope all goes well with being able to see Brad when you need him. Anybody who is good at caring and talking with is a keeper

He's the best I've seen so far so I hope I can still see him as it gets darker!
