Well I didn't realise it had been so long since I was reading posts on this forum. A couple or 3 years I think. So...

Hello again.

How's things?

I'd love to say that things are better for me but they're not. Still typically low most days, still depressed, churning most of the time and dreading absolutely everything, still lonely, still lots of things... But we crack on right? It's what we do. We make it, day after day. We make it.
