Hi. I'm new to the forums. I am battling depression for the second time in my life, but feel I've turned a corner recently and I'm looking to give and receive support to keep me going and also help others if I can. I am currently discovering the benefits of meditation and learning to relax for the first time in my life! It's great and something I never thought I'd be able to do! I'm a writer and do a lot of work around mental health issues and trying to get rid of the stigma attached to them, as I also have moderate OCD. I am working with a CBT therapist who has been really helpful, despite my messing up times for several appointments with her - I'm usually more organised! Thanks for reading. S XXX
