Title: MamaLou - has anyone heard from her please?

Hello everyone

Has anyone heard from Mama Lou?  I haven't seen a message from her for ages and she didn't sound like she was in a very good place and I'm getting worried.

I'm not asking you to break any confidences or anything, I just want to be sure she's as safe as possible is all!
