Difficult one to answer as I love all different types of food from Mediterranean through to Mexican through to Indian. One of my favourites is grilled swordfish (Mediterranean style) with salad and chips. It's quite healthy apart from the chips as well so that is a bonus.

Mmmm, sounds delicious! Fish/seafood is my favourite food and Paella is a particular favourite meal to eat.
I have been very fortunate in already having done one of my dream holidays, cruising the Mediterranean, North Africa and Canary Islands. I love the sea and boats/ships and waking up in a different destination each day was brilliant.
My other dream holiday is touring the deep south of the U.S.A., listening to Cajun, Blues and Bluegrass music and eating their amazing cuisine before moving on to New Orleans for Mardi Gras.
