Title: do any of you know of any self help groups in hull?

Hi all,

As the title asks, I'm looking for groups in the hull area to help with my depression and anxiety issues.

Any suggestions would be of great help. Thank you.

this is for your local area I believe they have good groups for selfesteem building and confidence boosting as well as a lot of other services!
