its the same when you re organise the middle of the word and keep the first and last letter the same too.

Going to think about your one Stewart.  I have got one of those brains that can read messages such as the one in the OP and have been able to decipher every one that I have seen on Facebook.  There is a word for it but can't remember what it is but there is only a small number of people who can read  these messages.
