hello I been suffering for few years now. got some friends but they aint got clue how I feel , help. I took overdose few weeks back trying to cope but struggling very hard..

Welcome to the forums!   ^-^

I have just recently joined and can totally relate to how you feel. I hit rock bottom the other week and was attempting to overdose; I forced myself to go to the doctor about it before I did something really silly.
I don't really have friends and the only people sort of in my life don't really get how I am feeling so its hard to talk to anyone. However I find it much easier talking on here because we all have something in common and people are generally very caring and understanding.

I have found being on here has helped me a little as I realise I am not completely alone. I hope that you also find this site useful in some way.
People are not judgemental on here, you can let out your feelings in your own time if you wish and should know that there are people here that will want to support you  :smile:

Have you been to the doctors recently to talk about it?
Are you on any kind of treatment?

I'm sorry that things got so bad that you overdosed, although all that set is a set of feelings I am more than familiar with.  An OD on prescription pills is just not worth it. Anti-depressants just aren't as toxic as the old ones used to be. It is easy enough to take enough to make yourself feel extremely ill but not that many people manage to actually kill themselves.

Find someone to talk about it with, even if it is only the Samaritans. And you always have here. I'll be thinking of you and keeping my fingers crossed that you start to pick up.

ive been there too darksun its an awful place to be, hope you find a way of coping whatever your dealing with at the moment. I don't have anyone outside of here and agree it helps a lot. hope you find it as helpful were here to help eachother where we can !
