ok, so we all know of them, some of us believe in them, but where do they come from?

add your theories.

Dont walk under a ladder......... well, if the guy up there drops something it might land on you.

Dont open umbrella indoors........ might poke someones eye out.

No.13 is unlucky ... so why is a baker's dozen 13?  :exc:

Don't walk on the cracks on the pavement ... well if you do you're not going to trip over them  0062

the end of the mayan calander was supposed to be the end of the world... does that count?

failing that walking under signposts is bad luck apparently ...

personally I don't believe them.... then again.... ive broken a few mirrors and am depressed :s
