Title: spending money and feeling better
Post by: mrpineapple20 on April 19, 2013, 09:22:05 PM
Hello,
is it just me or somebody else who feel the same way? Spending money on food in a city centre (grabbing a hamburger, pasties, pastries, subway, mcdonalds, KFC) works as antidepressant for me. When I eat something on the go, I get better for that moment. Why does it happens that when I eat and spend money I feel better?

I think it is quite common.  My husband 'comfort' ears when he is more depressed than usual/  With me I don't eat more but I will eat the wrong things like cakes and biscuits.
