Title: My internet connection

We have been having problems with our internet as it's been getting worse since Christmas.  Yesterday an engineer was out but we lost it completely so I couldn't get on the forums until today.  If I go 'quiet' it's because of that again.  Whatever happens we are changing provider so once we have gone over it will solve our problems  $%$

I had a day from hell yesterday  =+- anyway but will vent about that later after I've caught up on emails.

Poor you. Its a right pain when the internet crashes. Hope you get it sorted.

yep, ISP's can be a real pain at times
