No  &*& it was a good morning as it was a combined coffee morning and Christmas Fayre at the church.  Santa was there for the kids obviously  =+- the children's choir sang for a little while, there were stalls. and we were serving hot pies, hot dogs, cakes, tea and coffee which is to raise money to go into church funds.  It was good as there was a steady stream of people coming in but I must admit I was relieved to get home as I was on my feet for over three hours and it was my third day on the trot helping out there.  We don't mind though and get looked after such as getting lifts home and Rick got a lift to and from the hospital as he had to get the dressing changed on his thumb.  Rick did ask if he could wait till Monday so he could go to our surgery but was told it had to be done today because of the type of dressing it is  "!+

Sounds like a very productive day. %^& How's Rick's thumb now? I trust that you can unwind now. You've more than earned it.

Yes I can have a rest till later in the week =+- and Rick's thumb is on the mend even though I haven't actually seen it without a bandage.  A friend from church took him to the hospital as I had to get back for the dogs, we don't like leaving them for more than four hours.  Tomorrow I have the 'pleasure' of redressing it so will have a better idea how it is healing.

I'm a little slow on the uptake, but is Rick really Santa Claus? Is it like Bruce Wayne and Batman? Have you ever seen them both in the same room at the same time? Was Santa wearing anything on the same finger that you are redressing for Rick today? (I hope that it's healing nicely, or the kids might not get all their presents this year.)

I just pose the same question - Have you ever seen Pip in the room at the same time as Robin?
