Title: Hello everybody...

Hello. I'm really not sure where to start or what to say.
My name is Martin and I have suffered for most of my adult life. Since I was a teenager really and that is a long time ago.
I've battled without telling most people I ever met and have made very few lifelong friends along the way because of it. I am okay for weeks sometimes and then the self-destruct button gets pressed and I go down hill... Sometimes for hours, sometimes days and sometimes it lingers until I completely crash.

Anyway. This is me. Martin. Otherwise a nice bloke.
