Title: Just to say hello

Hi, my name is Ashleigh.
I have suffered with depression and social anxiety for a few years.
I also have a chronic illness FMS, which i think was the start of my depression.
I also feel quite isolated and would like to be in contact with other people who know 'how it really is.'

Welcome to the site Ashleigh, you're not alone. I too suffer from depression and social anxiety and I'm sure many other people here do as well.
